Swiss Roll 瑞士捲



Ingredients: 

 - 5 eggs 
 - 100ml caster sugar (不嗜甜,請自行斟酌) 
 - 120ml corn flour or corn starch 
 - a little bit of vanilla extract 
 - whipped cream or jam

Method:
 - Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, use electric mixer to stir about 15~20 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 320゚F, and put wax paper on the pan.
 - Pour the mixture gently into the prepared pan, and bake in the oven until the center of the cake is lightly springy and edges have shrunk a little from the sides of the tin, about 15 minutes.



 - Remove the cake from the pan, and spread out a piece of wax paper on a work surface, wait til cake cools.
 - When the cake is cool, spread the whipped cream or jam on the cake, roll up the Swiss roll, then transfer to a plate to serve.
