Cheesecake 起司蛋糕
Ingredients:
- 270g cream cheese (should be at room temperature and soft)
- 50ml caster sugar (不嗜甜,請自行斟酌)
- 15ml corn flour or corn starch
- a little bit of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs - 1 crust (9 inches)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, use electric mixer to stir til smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 325゚F.
- Pour the mixture gently into the crust, and bake in the oven about 35 minutes.
- When time is up turn oven off, prop open oven door and leave in oven for 1 hour, remove from oven and let cool then refrigerate for 12 hours.
